You then have to complete a SWOT analysis, BCG portfolio analysis, margin revenue analysis, recommendations on target segmentation, pricing, positioning, promotions for selected product lines(These should follow from the analysis parts). IN THE FILE IM ATTACHING I DID A TABLE FOR BOTH THE SWOT ANALYSIS AND BCG PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS but it still needs to be talked about a little in the paper. do not cover each and every product line with each marketing activity, just mention the main products affected by each marketing activity.
