Preliminary Glo-Bus Company Analysis Assignment On this individual assignment, please construct a 3-5 page paper answering the questions below.  Each section should include an answer to the stated questions using data from the simulation that supports your decisions. Your paper should include a cover page and a reference page (not included in the 3-5 pages). You are encouraged to meet and discuss the information below with your co-managers, but the paper should be your own analysis of the strategic direction of the company. For this paper, please use the following settings: 1 inch margins, 1.5 inch spacing, Times New Roman font.  Please ensure any references follow the proper formatting.  Also, you may use graphics from Glo-bus in your response to make a point, but should not be used to supplement a lack of written information. Based on the Practice Year 5 data in Glo-Bus, provide a preliminary analysis in the following areas that can be used to steer the company’s strategy over the decision periods in Glo-Bus. Take Porter’s Generic Competitive Strategies 9 (See Figure 5.1 in the textbook) into consideration when conducting your evaluation. Product Designs: determine the quality and performance features of the cameras and drones being assembled. They impact production costs by raising or lowering specifications for parts/components, increasing or decreasing annual expenditures for product R&D. How might these decisions impact product quality and operations? Marketing & Promotions per Market: determine the length of promotions and warranties, as well as technical support to be offered in conjunction to the cameras and drones.  How might these decisions impact wholesale prices and market share? What type of promotions should be offered in each market? Labor and Compensation: determine the appropriate work force levels and compensation, training and productivity improvement. How might these decisions impact productivity in workers? What types of incentives are available for workers? How will this affect worker loyalty and productivity? Corporate Social Responsibility and Citizenship: determine what type of company and environment initiatives will be in the best interest for the company. How might these decisions impact the product and company reputation? How important is a company’s reputation in business? Finance and Cash Flows: determine the financial health of your organization concerning outstanding shares and debt. How might the company finance expansion and maintain financial health? How will issuing dividends and shares impact the financial outlook of the company?
