Gratitude Journal

Subject: Yoga No Sources! Please write about something either you are grateful for, or that you found inspirational or has enhanced your yoga practice in general and sets a positive tone in your life. Examples of entries: •Something you recently noticed for which you are grateful •An inspirational quote relating to self-love, self-acceptance, relaxation, or other yogic principle •A meditation technique that has helped you in some way •Anything that has inspired you to be your best self
